Mechanical Repair Coverage (MRC) pays for the cost of covered repairs. Your vehicle may be eligible if it is within 10 model years and has less than 100,000 miles.
- Coincide with your manufacturer warranty or purchase after manufacturer warranty has expired.
- Repairs can be made at any franchised automobile dealer or licensed repair facility (within US and Canada).
- Repair facility is paid directly
- 3 coverage levels and 4 deductibles ($0, $50, $100, $250). Pay only 1 deductible per visit, not per repair.
- Covers rental reimbursement up to $30/day, up to 5 days
- Covers 24-hour roadside assistance & emergency travel expense.
- Provides "cause & effect" coverage so if a non-covered component is damaged by the failure of a covered component, both items are covered.
- Provides add-on term/add-on miles so coverage does not revert back to original vehicle in-service date.
- Transferable if you sell the vehicle privately.
- Is cancelable anytime. Full refund within 90 days less $30 fee (unless a claim has been filed); pro-rated thereafter.
